 Organization of the NDOP The NDOP is composed of a Steering Committee and two subcommittees: the Project Coordination Subcommittee and the Technical Subcommittee. Steering Committee: The Steering Committee provides leadership and program oversight. It is responsible for establishing the vision, direction, and goals of the program, and oversees the two subcommittees. Leadership of the Steering Committee alternates among the member agencies on an annual rotation. Project Coordination Subcommittee: The Project Coordination Subcommittee is responsible for coordinating requirements among the NDOP members and partners, developing and monitoring production and funding plans, and addressing specific program issues. Technical Subcommittee: The Technical Subcommittee addresses technical issues related to the research, production, distribution, and application of digital orthophotos, product specifications, and standards. |
